What are your opening hours?

8.00am – 11.00am
4.00pm-6.00pm
7 Days a week
Closed on Saturday afternoon

Why are you closed between 11am – 4pm?

We have carefully chosen our hours to allow a rest period for our guests in the middle of the day. The entire resort and reception are closed between 11am-4pm. This allows all guests to rest with no disruption. There is strictly no checking in/out during this time.

Do our pets have to be fully vaccinated?

Yes. Guests cannot be admitted to our facility unless their vaccinations are current. Current vaccination paperwork must be sited at check in or sent to us prior.

All pets must be up to date with vaccinations: that is all pets must have received a vaccination in the last 12 months. We insist on at least C5 for our dog guests and a minimum of F3 for our cat guests.

  • DOGS C5- vaccination covers Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordatella.
  • CATS F3- vaccination includes Feline enteritis and 2 forms of feline respiratory disease.

If you have any questions regarding your pets vaccination please contact your veterinarian prior to making a booking as unfortunately unvaccinated pets cannot be accepted.

If vaccinations require boosting or updating they must have been done at least 2 weeks prior to admission.

Do we supply pet food?

Yes – If your pet requires alternate food please supply

Do we need to bring bedding?

Beds are supplied.

Clean bedding familiar from home is welcomed.

Do all pets sleep internally?

Yes. Our facility is solid concrete paneling and all doors are closed and locked for added security . Our underfloor heating for winter an air conditioning for summer ensures a good nights sleep, and our 24/7 onsite owners are only 50metres away.

Do we exercise the pets?

Yes. All pets are exercised daily in the grass exercise yards. Staff play with dogs one on one during this time.

Do we administer medication?

Yes. A fee applies.

Do we let dogs interact with one another?

No (Only if pets live together)

Do we accept all breeds of dogs?

Do we groom dogs?

Yes. We now offer a pet grooming service where your dog can enjoy a nice warm water hydro-bath with a dog-safe shampoo. Finished with a complete and thorough rinsing followed by a massaging rub down, brush out and blow dry. We also offer nail trimming for that special finishing touch.

Do we have day care?

Yes. Your pet can stay with us for the day, drop off is between 8am-11am pick up is between 4pm-6pm.

My pet has never been away from home, will he/she be ok?

We recognise that some of our first time guests will be very anxious and nervous when they first arrive. For this reason we make sure that we spend one on one time with them to help ease the separation anxiety, and to make sure they settle as quickly as possible. We find that the first 12-24hrs they are happy and content and its not long before they will become part of our big happy family .
